President and Chief Executive Officer of Maestro Development, LLC. Nareg Mouradian currently manages the business development, strategy, and day to day operations of the company. He also provides project management support to several cutting-edge developments in Southern California for local high profile clients. Nareg has over 25+ years of real estate development experience, working with clients such as Providence, Cedars Sinai, State of California, City of Glendale, Cal Poly Pomona, University of Southern California, Apple, City of Anaheim, and Kaiser Permanente.

Maestro Development will be your “boots on the ground” to ensure our clients assets are delivered on time and within budget.

We have worked with local public and private partners in Southern California providing project support executing the design and delivery of complex projects, from entitlements, design management to construction management on a diverse portfolio of projects. Our projects range from renovations/tenant improvements to new construction, pre-construction, and post construction. Having a strong background in construction management enhances our ability to be successful because we know what it takes to deliver a project on time. We understand the importance of properly buying out the construction work and the financial advantages of construction alternatives. Most importantly, we know how to effectively communicate with the project team, including contractors, architects and local agencies on the owners’ behalf.
